Special visit from Kangiqsualujjuaq: My aunt Mary and her two sons Daniel and Matthew came to visit us in Quebec city for ten days. The special visit from home is rare and when they come it's special. We get food from home from my mom such as bannick, dried fish, frozen caribou; wonderful treat from my mom. Send to my daughter from her grandmother with love.

How does my mother show her love? not with I love yous but with her actions. Each time she sends us dried caribou, dried fish, frozen caribou or bannick, I know that she loves us. She wants us to eat what we she eats as part of her diet.

I enjoy each bite I take, thinking of her and all the preparation that was made for us to eat it. Thank you mom!
