Christina Baron was born 65 years ago today. Christina is the mother of Annie and Saniliayuk. Grand mother of Amanda, Qirniulau Robert, Sivanau (late) and Scott. She is the daughter of Jessie Baron (Adoptive mother)(late). Her adopted sister is Pasha (late). She is the aunt of David, Saladie (late), Johnny and Willie from Pasha. Her bioligical parents are Sarah (late) and Johnny Baron(late). Her biological siblings are: Susie (late), Bobby, Tommy, Simeonie (late), Thomas, Mae, Mary and Vinnie.

Christina is a remarkable woman. She grew up with her sled and three dogs living with her mother and sister. Once they moved to the village she was working as a janitor at the school and bought her first ski-doo with her hard earned money. 

She later decided to apply for social worker in the village. She was social worker and took courses for that. She retired two years ago and is enjoying the life of being a grand mother of Scott and doing what she loves to do; sewing, preparing the fur to make clothes such as mitts, kamiit, parkas. She is very well known as a best sewer of mitts. I say that cause I have her mitts and she is my mother. Happy Birthday mom!! We love you!!
