Septembre est arrivé pas mal vite. Il me semble qu'on fêtait Noël et le jour de l'an à Kangiqsualujjuaq il n'y a pas longtemps du tout.

Ce mois-ci je vais mentionner l'anniversaire des gens que je connais. Si vous voulez rajouter d'autres personnes vous êtes les bienvenus, écris à mon courriel et je vais les ajouter.

Le 4 Septembre, mon neveu Scott célèbre son un an. Scott est bien aimé par sa mère Saniliayuk, son père Ammack, sa grand-mère Christina. Il est un petit gentil garçon qui aime bien le pattak (ballon) qu'il dit atta dans sa capacité de parlage a presque un an déja.

Caroline Novalinga celebrates her 28th birthday today. She is the mother of Shina and Tapissa, the wife of Paulin Abevi. Her parents are James and Emily Novalinga. Her brothers and sisters are: Eli, Aipilie, Peter, Annie and Joanna.

Yesterday June 21st, for the National Aboriginal Day We had quite a few inuit coming here for the supper. We could have had more but who's complaining with all the people that came here. We had macaroni, sandwhich, frozen caribou and fish that my mom brought, bannick that she made. Very good bannick that Annie Michael made. With that there was juice and Coca Cola. There will be nice pictures added when my beautiful photographer Amanda Baron sends them my way:)

Hier le 21 juin, la journée nationale des autochtones il y avait pas mal d'inuit pour le souper, je me dit il pouvait en avoir plus mais je ne plaind pas. On mangaient macaroni, sandwhich, caribou et poisson gelé que ma mère avait amener, la bannique qu'elle avait fait. Très bon bannique que Annie Michael avait fait. Il y avait du jus, Coca Cola. Today June 21st, we as aboriginal have our day. So to all aboriginal out there; happy aboriginal day!!

There will be a supper at 6:00pm at the Nunavik information Centre for inuit and their families living in Quebec city. We will have frozen caribou, frozen fish, some salad and sheperd's pie.

Il va y avoir un souper a 18:00 hrs au Centre d'information du Nunavik pour les inuit et leurs familles qui habite à Québec. On mangeras du caribou gelé, le poisson gelé, la salade et le pâté chinois.
